easy.one pricing: what each plan really costs
Four plans, two numbers each: the payment you make today and the monthly rate afterwards. Below are the published figures, what the discount takes off at the checkout, and the limits that actually decide which plan you need.

The easy.one discount is up to 80% off the published rate and it behaves slightly differently depending on which checkout you land on. None of it requires hunting for a code elsewhere.
Applied through the link

My Starter and Scale links include coupon=ANTHONY, so the coupon field arrives pre-filled and the reduced total is already showing. No typing needed.
Check before you pay
If the coupon box is empty, type ANTHONY into it and confirm the total updates. Prices on any review page can go stale: the checkout total is the authoritative figure.
The true cost is not just the subscription. easy.one adds no per-token billing, which genuinely does keep the bill predictable, but you supply your own AI provider account (Claude, ChatGPT, an open-source model or another supported provider). Budget for that subscription separately when you compare plans.
The easy.one refund policy: all sales are final
There is no easy.one refund under any circumstances. easy.one's terms and conditions state at section 6 that all sales are final and no refunds are provided for any reason. There is no free trial and no money-back guarantee. Cancelling a subscription stops the future monthly payments; it does not return the payment you made today.
That is not a reason to avoid the platform, but it changes how you should buy it. Decide what you want automated first, be reasonably confident easy.one covers it, and start on the plan that matches the number of installations you genuinely need rather than the one you might need next year. Solo exists precisely so the entry cost is $320 rather than $2,000.

How much does easy.one cost per month?
After the initial payment, the published monthly rates are $500 for Solo, $1,499 for Starter and $4,999 for Scale. With the discount applied at checkout those become $100, $299.80 and $999.80 per month respectively. Enterprise is quoted individually. You also pay your own AI provider separately, because easy.one adds no per-token billing of its own.
What is the easy.one coupon code?
ANTHONY. On the Starter and Scale checkouts the code is carried in the link itself so it pre-fills, and on Solo the discount is applied through the link without a code. If for any reason the field is empty when you arrive, enter ANTHONY manually and confirm the total updates before paying.
Is there a free trial of easy.one?
No. There is no free trial and no free tier. easy.one's terms also state at section 6 that all sales are final with no refunds provided for any reason, so the first payment should be treated as non-recoverable.
What is a client installation?
A client installation is a separate, isolated branded workspace with its own agents, files and memory, which you can give to a client under your own logo and domain. Solo includes one, Starter three and Scale up to fifteen. It is the limit that decides which plan an agency needs, and the white label guide explains what to do with them.
Why do these prices differ from the ones on easy.one's homepage?
The figures here are read from each plan's live checkout page, which is where payment is actually taken, rather than from a summary table that can be scoped or worded differently. Where the two disagree, trust the checkout. Confirm the total on that page before entering payment details.
Can I upgrade from Solo later?
Plan changes are handled through easy.one directly rather than through this site, so ask them before buying if you expect to move up quickly. What I would not do is buy a larger plan speculatively, given there are no refunds.
