Who writes these reviews, and why you might trust them
AI Tool Hut is a small independent review site. It is run by one person, funded by affiliate commission, and written from tools bought with his own money. That combination has obvious tensions, so this page sets out exactly how it works, if you are checking before trusting an AI Tool Hut review.
I'm Tony
I run Top in Local, a local digital marketing agency, and like everyone else running a business I spent a lot of 2025 and 2026 working out which AI tools genuinely save time and which are demonstrations dressed as products. That process produced a lot of notes and a fair amount of wasted money, which is where this site came from.
I am not a journalist and I do not pretend to be neutral. I am an operator writing about the tools I use in my own company, with the biases that implies and disclosed where they apply.
The first platform covered here in depth is easy.one, because I bought the Solo plan, use it most days, and have enough hours in it to say something useful. What we are promoting is exactly what I am using: I did not review it from a landing page.
My honest reaction, after enough time on it: you don't need a developer, a designer, a coder or to spend money on Fiverr. I feel like a genius. That's not a line from a marketing brief, it's what running my own agents through easy.one actually feels like day to day.

How a tool gets reviewed here
Nothing complicated, but applied consistently. Most of the value in a review comes from having actually paid for the thing.
Buy it and use it
Reviews are written from a paid account used for real work, not a sales demo or a trial poked at for an afternoon.
Read the prices at the checkout
Pricing comes from the live checkout page where payment is actually taken, not from a marketing table that may be scoped differently.
State the limitations
Every review carries a section on where the tool falls short. A page with no criticism in it is an advert, however honest its intentions.
Attribute vendor claims
Where a claim comes from the vendor rather than from my own use, it says so and points at the source, ideally a changelog rather than a homepage.
Quote testimonials verbatim
Published quotes are reproduced word for word with attribution and labelled as the vendor's own. None are written here.
No invented numbers
If a figure cannot be sourced, it is not published. That includes commission rates, which is why you will not find one stated on this site.
The affiliate arrangement, in full
AI Tool Hut earns commission when a reader buys through one of its affiliate links. Every link to easy.one on this site is such a link. The price you pay is unaffected: the commission comes out of the vendor's revenue, not out of your total, and the discounted checkout figures shown here are lower than the published rates rather than higher.
I do not know or state my exact commission rate on this site, because publishing a figure I cannot evidence to a reader would be the same mistake I criticise elsewhere. What matters for your purposes is that a financial interest exists and you should read everything here with that in mind.
No vendor has paid for coverage, approved copy, or been given sight of a review before publication. If that ever changes it will be stated at the top of the affected page.

Imply a refund that does not exist
easy.one's terms state all sales are final with no refunds (section 6). You will not find a trial, a guarantee or a risk-free framing here, because there isn't one.
Pretend to be the vendor
This is a review site. It is not easy.one and does not present itself as easy.one, use its branding, or copy its site.
Publish a figure I cannot source
No invented statistics, no estimated prices, no rounded-up savings claims. Where something is unverified, it is labelled unverified.
Recommend by commission
The ChatGPT comparison tells plenty of readers to keep using ChatGPT and buy nothing. That is the point of writing it.

Yes, though the honest answer is that reviews here appear slowly, because each one means buying the product and using it for long enough to have an opinion worth reading.
